• Responsible for recruiting assistance activities like sourcing the suitable candidates and scheduling the interview with the team.
• Responsible for coordinating the interview process.
• Responsible for preparing Job Description for the new positions.
• Responsible for taking care of joining formalities of the new joiners.
• Responsible for sending employee related communications.
• Responsible for implementing the employee welfare schemes.
• Support all kind of Admin activities.
• Maintain the personal records of all employees
• Liaise with the external partners like consultants as per the guidelines provided by the HR Manager.
• Responsible for updating the corporate and retail organogram regularly.Assisting an HR – Manager in the entire recruitment process by sourcing and scheduling interviews and is responsible for employee welfare activities and admin activities.
