For Candidates
No, Empower HR does not charge candidates any fees for placement registration, screening, or interview coordination. Our operations are fully funded by our corporate clients who contract us to source professionals.
Once submitted, our recruitment database parses your resume details. A specialized recruiter reviewing the role will contact you within 3-5 working days if your skills match the client requirements. We also retain your profile for future roles.
For Employers
For contingent and general recruitment, we present vetted profiles within 5-7 working days. Highly specialized engineering positions average 10-14 working days, and C-Suite confidential searches take 20-30 days to build matching maps.
If a candidate we placed leaves your company or fails to meet defined key output expectations within their first 90 days of employment, we will source and place a replacement candidate at zero additional cost.
Compliance & Auditing
A standard payroll migration (attendance integrations, bank details sync, statutory PF/tax credentials mapping) takes 15-20 working days. We run a parallel mock cycle to ensure error-free calculations before final launch.
