1. Scope of Recruiting Solutions
All recruitment contracts, placement fees, RPO retainer models, and candidate replacement warranties are subject to separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed directly between Empower HR and the contracting client. Information listed on this website constitutes promotional context and does not override executed SLA parameters.
2. Candidate Vetting Limitations
While Empower HR conducts technical coding vet tests and initial credentials audits, the final hiring decision and subsequent employee background verification audits remain the responsibility of the employer. We are not liable for candidate outputs post-placement.
3. User Submissions & Resume Vetting
By submitting your resume through our online application portals, you guarantee that all credentials, qualification statements, and work histories are accurate. Submitting falsified information is grounds for registration termination and candidate blacklist.
4. Intellectual Property
All website contents—including structural code, graphics, brand trademarks, and layout styles (customized for the purple and gold brand identity)—are the exclusive property of Empower HR Solutions and protected under intellectual property statutes.
